Claim:
Motorist brought action against client owner of trucking company and truck driver for injuries incurred when wheel broke free from truck, flew through air, and crashed through front passenger side of car. The United States District Court for the Northern District of Indiana, Andrew P. Rodovich, J., granted summary judgment in favor of defendants. Plaintiff appealed.
Outcome:
