David received his undergraduate degree from DePauw University and graduated from the University of Michigan Law School. He is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, was recognized as one of the Best Lawyers in America from 1980 to present, and is an Indiana Super Lawyer from 2004 to present.
