Alyssa Stamatakos
Partner
Alyssa has over 30 years’ experience litigating in state and federal courts. She counsels and represents clients in the healthcare industry, including physicians, hospitals, and long term care facilities. As a first chair trial attorney, Alyssa has tried cases successfully in both state and federal court and has won appeals in Indiana’s Appellate and Supreme Courts and the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
Alyssa is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, has a Martindale-Hubbell AV Preeminent rating and has been recognized by her peers as a Super Lawyer every year since 2016.
Alyssa received a J.D., cum laude, from Indiana University Mauer School of Law in 1992. She received a B.A. in history from Tulane University in 1989.
